I am the point of contact for anyone who works in or with the arts. I create, connect, and guide you through the legal rules of the arts landscape.
I am proud to try to understand where you are today, where you want to go, and how I can get you there.
I can be your professor, your champion in a dispute, or your permanent sparring partner.
Permanence is the right word when it comes to art. A work of art has a life cycle. Rules determine every phase in the life of a work of art: from its creation and sale to its exhibition and donation, and even its restitution.
When you see a work hanging in a museum, that work of art has come a long way. You will only see the artwork, but we can also recognize various ways in which laws lay the foundation for the creation, distribution, and exhibition of art. Because an art object is also an object of property with all possible claims from artists, dealers, and art collectors.
Rules also provide protection against counterfeiting and ensure the orderly functioning of museums and the proper circulation of art.
I am there for you, like a hidden hand, to guide all these events with attention to confidentiality, which is always paramount.
My legal language provides the right framework for your artistic image. That image is always central. That is why I prefer to visit you for a meeting.
This is how I enter into the artwork's own history.
Don't worry. You don't need to read up on anything before talking to me. I am committed to striking the right balance in any conversation between accessible information and legal accuracy so that the authenticity of our conversation is assured.

I studied for a long time. From Master's to postgraduate to MBA. That time is long gone. I have been eagerly putting that knowledge into practice for more than 10 years.
